Robert Towne
Robert Towne wrote and produced Personal Best and Tequilla Sunrise, co-wrote Shampoo, and wrote Greystoke. He has served as a “script doctor” on a number of movies, including Bonnie and Clyde and The Godfather. In 1997, he was awarded the Writers Guild’s Screen Laurel Award for lifetime contributions to the art of screenwriting. Mr. Towne lives in Pacific Palisades, California.
