How does it work?

To be considered for inclusion in our Influencer Program, fill out this application. Four times a year, we’ll send you an email with some upcoming releases we’re excited about. You just need to fill out the accompanying form letting us know which titles you’re interested in receiving for review. Each email will specify a two-week window for getting back to us, and you can request up to four titles at a time.

What formats do you provide books in?

Based on availability, we provide digital copies, early print copies (ARCs), or finished books. We’ll do our best to get you your preferred format, but can’t make any guarantees. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know!

Am I guaranteed to receive the books I request?

We’ll do our best! Filling out the request form does not guarantee you will receive the book(s) you requested, as we have a limited number of advance copies of each title.

If we aren’t able to fulfill your request for a physical copy, you are always welcome to request access to the e-galley on NetGalley. We’ll do our best to fulfill your request there! And we hope you’ll try requesting more physical copies next time!

What criteria do you use to decide which books get sent to whom?

We look at a number of factors, including the size of our partners’ followings and their levels of engagement. We are able to send physical copies only to addresses in the US, where our books are commercially distributed. We are committed to inclusiveness, and always work to be sure we’ve giving special consideration to readers from diverse and underrepresented communities.

When I do receive a book, what’s required of me?

You are not required to post about the books you receive. We do hope you will read, enjoy, and spread the word about our books.

What needs to be disclosed in a post?

If you do want to promote the book, post an honest review, or otherwise share the book on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook), we ask that you make clear you have received a free copy. You can do this by including a hashtag like #ad, #partner, or #sponsored, or by including language in the post (for example: “I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.”). We also ask that you tag us (@groveatlantic) and add the hashtag #grovepartner, so we can be sure we’ve seen it. Besides that, we just want to hear what you thought!

Where else should I post about the books I receive?

Again, you are not obligated to post about the books you receive. However, we do appreciate seeing your reviews on Goodreads, NetGalley, Amazon, and other online retailers.
