Jack Womack
Born in 1956 in Lexington, KY, Jack Womack moved to New York City in 1977 where he has since lived. He is married with one daughter. He has written seven novels, six of which are set in the near future and which are interrelated though not sequential (Random Acts of Senseless Violence, Heathern, Ambient, Terraplane, Elvissey, Going Going Gone), and one of which (Let’s Put the Future Behind Us) is set in Moscow in the 1990s, contemporary at the time and now historical. All are currently in print from Grove Atlantic. In 2015 Anthology published the catalogue of his collection of UFO books (now at Georgetown University) with accompanying text, Flying Saucers Are Real!
