Leslie Stella, the author of Fat Bald Jeff, is a founding editor and former copublisher of the legendary Chicago `zine Lumpen. A former copyeditor at the American Library Association (which bears no relation to the National Association of Libraries), she lives in Chicagoland with her husband.
