Jerome Badanes

A professor at Vassar, Sarah Lawrence, and SUNY Purchase, Jerome Badanes (1937-1995) was the recipient of an Avery Hopwood Award for Poetry, and spent much of the sixties as an antiwar activist, staging street theater. He is the screenwriter of the award-winning Holocaust documentary, Image Before My Eyes, and the novel, The Final Opus of Leon Solomon.
