Lucas Delattre

Educated at the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Lucas Delattre was a journalist for the French newspaper Le Monde, during which time he was a correspondent in Germany from 1989 to 1997. Later, he served as assistant editor in chief at Le Monde des Débats. He is also the author of a biography of Helmut Kohl. Delattre now works for the Council of Europe and lives in Paris.
