News Room

We’re so excited to share that Grove Atlantic is launching Atlantic Crime, a new imprint bringing together all our mystery, thriller, and crime titles.

For more than two decades, we have built a stellar roster of crime writers from around the world including James Lee Burke, Val McDermid, Susan Isaacs, Patrick Hoffman, Belinda Bauer, Mark Billingham, Michael Bennett, Tom Ryan, Katia Lief, Mike Lawson, and Jacquie Pham. We have published three Edgar Award–winning novels: Gone by Mo Hayder, The Sympathizer by Viet Thanh Nguyen, and Flags on the Bayou by James Lee Burke, in addition to numerous other Barry, Macavity, and Thriller Award finalists.

Grove Atlantic President and Publisher Morgan Entrekin says, “Over the years we have cultivated a fine mystery and thriller list, from New York Times bestselling author Donna Leon, award-winning author Thomas Perry, and the world-renowned Len Deighton to wonderful emerging writers, three of whom are finalists for this year’s Edgar Awards: Henry Wise for Holy City, Mindy Mejia for World of Hurt, and Tom Ryan for The Treasure Hunters Club. It is time to bring these authors together under one imprint.”

Senior Editor Joe Brosnan says, “I’m incredibly excited to launch this imprint. With Atlantic Crime, our ultimate goal is to give our authors an imprint they’re proud to call home.”
