Mel Gussow is a longtime drama critic for The New York Times. A winner of the George Jean Nathan Award for Dramatic Criticism, he is also the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship. He has written numerous profiles for the New Yorker and the New York Times Magazine and is the author of Don’t Say Yes Until I Finish Talking: A Biography of Darryl F. Zanuck. He is also the author of Conversations with Pinter and Conversations with Stoppard, both available from Grove Press.
